Goyal Properties is a 30 year old real estate enterprise, with an established legacy and the trust of a devoted customer base. The rebranding exercise entailed building a brand new identity, introducing it and yet retaining the revered credibility of the brand. Something which talks about vision, ambition and a bright future, yet a deep rooted adherence to principles and heritage. The objective is to highlight a new and energizing way of doing things, while staying true to one’s roots and the trust of customers.

REBRAND : POSITIONING
The new identity and positioning for Goyal Properties has been built around ‘values’. It is about the role of values in making GP everything that it is and everything it will be, going forward. Hence the flame which symbolizes brightness, hope and future, as a baton being passed on to the new generation, from the older, taking the legacy forward. The new brand language and positioning showcase Goyal Properties’ new resolve and vigor while carrying forward the same principles they were built on.

INTERNAL BRANDING : As the rebranding revolves around values, it is important to define and depict the same, so that they get etched in the minds of the employees and visiting clients. Hence each of the values, the 4 driving principles are identified and depicted by individual icons, the inspiration being the identity.
